Some of our recent container projects:
Noise cancelling hydride container on Mercedes Unimog
This container was custom made to house a 60 kVA generator, 17 kWh of Lithium ion batteries and the power distribution unit. The shell of this container contains sound insulating to block the noise of the diesel generator, but also we integrated special air guiding’s inside the container so both the air to cool the generator and the exhaust air would be removed from undesirable noises. In the shell of the container we provided as much dismountable panels as possible to get a good access to the generator engine which simplifies the maintenance of it.
40 ft offshore thermical insulated and cooled deck supply unit
For these containers we started with some standard 40 ft high cube containers and modified them with:
– thermal fire proof wall-, roof- and floor insulation
– custom front and rear waterproof panels which house the outdoor aircon units
– floor reinforcements on which al electrical equipment could be mounted capable to handle the roughest sea conditions
– 40 kW down flow cooling system
– vibration damping mounts for al electrical panels and transformers
– ISO 12944 C5M seaworthy surface treatment
